Minor Leaguers Empty Minor Leaguers

So now that the minor league draft is over can we take anyone in the major league draft or do they have to have played in the NHL first?

1 or more NHL Games played...once the season begins it will be the same way...if they play a game you can pick them up. I do not want to see anyone picking up a rookie the night before he gets called up.
