Payouts & Minor League additions

Two quick questions...I looked around on the board but could not locate an asnswer.

First, Have we decided on a payout structure? Top 3?...Winner take all?

Also, If we call up an AHL player...what's the new process of filling that empty roster spot. Any rookie that has played under 25 games?

I think I found the answer to the minor leaguers....We are only to add minor league players through the entry draft in the offseason or by sending down an eligible rookie who is actually on a real AHL roster.

Any minor leaguer under 25 games. I still need to add in the language from two weeks ago.
