Kirk, you should rephrase that in a nicer way.

Jay, if you know you will not be available to make a selection for an extended period of time, please provide a list of your top 3 or 5 choices that could be used by either Kirk or myself to keep the drafting moving.

Guys...sorry for the few hour delay yesterday. I forgot to bring my phone to work. I will be on top of my picks from now on. If i know i will be unavailable i will send one of you guys a text with a few names on it but i should be able to make my own picks very shortly after the pick ahead of me is made.
