4th Pick in Minors

I'll trade the 4th pick in the minors for a pick that's coming up.

And I would be forced to disallow a 6th Round Major League Pick for a 1st Round Minor League Pick as that sets up an imbalance in the pick situation. 27/2 and 25/4

What does that mean and where is a trade position balance written in here

3. Trading will be allowed from the beginning of the off season all the way until the trade deadline. Multiple team trades will be allowed. You are crossing over drafts. The Minor League Draft is separate from the Major League Draft.

Ah ok I got what your saying, I didn't read it that way nor did I thin of it that way as two totally separate drafts.
